Services may change or evolve over time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
You agree NOT to use the platform for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraud or deceptive practices
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Phishing or impersonation
- Malware distribution
- Harassment or abusive messaging
- Intellectual property violations
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if misuse is detected.
5. Prohibited Businesses and Activities
The platform may not be used to promote or operate businesses involved in prohibited or high-risk activities including but not limited to:
- Illegal products or services
- Adult content or pornography
- Gambling services where not legally permitted
- Weapons sales where restricted
- Counterfeit goods
- Financial scams or pyramid schemes
Accounts engaging in these activities may be terminated without notice.
6. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Restrictions
Many multi-level marketing companies restrict the use of independent websites or external marketing platforms.
Because of this:
- Users agree not to use the platform to create websites, funnels, or marketing systems that violate the rules or policies of any MLM or network marketing company.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with the rules of their organization.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for violations of MLM company policies.
7. Messaging Compliance
Users who utilize SMS, WhatsApp, email automation, or messaging features must comply with all applicable communication laws including but not limited to:
- CAN-SPAM Act
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
- GDPR where applicable
- Local telecommunications laws
Users must obtain proper consent before sending marketing communications.
The Company is not responsible for violations caused by user messaging practices.
8. AI Features and Automation
The platform may include AI-based tools such as automated assistants or AI chat features.
Users acknowledge that:
- AI responses are automated
- AI content may not always be accurate
- AI should be reviewed before use in critical communications
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
Some services may require subscription fees.
Users agree that:
- Payments are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- The Company may modify pricing with reasonable notice
Failure to maintain payment may result in account suspension or service interruption.
10. Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the client portal or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past payments.
11. Platform Availability
While we strive to maintain reliable services, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
The Company does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free functionality
- Continuous uptime
Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may affect availability.
12. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party providers including but not limited to:
- Twilio
- Stripe
- Meta / WhatsApp
- Google services
- Email providers
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
13. Data Responsibility
Users are responsible for the content, contacts, and data stored in their account.
Users agree not to upload or distribute:
- Stolen data
- Purchased contact lists without consent
- Personal data collected unlawfully
The Company reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
14. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, software, branding, and materials are the property of TYE LLC or its licensors.
Users may not:
- Copy the platform
- Reverse engineer the software
- Resell services without permission
- Distribute proprietary materials
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Lost revenue
- Lost business opportunities
- Data loss
- Marketing performance outcomes
- Indirect or consequential damages
Users assume full responsibility for how they use the platform.
16. Account Suspension
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Abuse the platform
- Create security risks
- Damage platform reputation
Termination may occur without prior notice.
